Went to my local plumbing store. They said, sorry cant help you. They didnt even try to look it up online. I would've bought it, right then and there. Got online. Plumbing supply rus popped up. Found a sayco shower sleeve, just like that. Ordered it. It showed up in a few days. I highly recommend these guys. They were quick, easy and have a latge selection of obscure, hard to find products. Thanks again!
